PM surgeries:   3.00 or 3.30pm - 6.00 or 6.30pm
LATE surgery - Monday evening 6.30 - 7.30pm

To help in the smooth running of the practice these surgery times are subject to change to enable us to accommodate patient demand or holiday and sickness cover.

To make an appointment please telephone: 0161 865 5556

When making an appointment please remember to inform the receptionist if any of the following apply:

  • Your problem is too urgent to await a routine appointment - you may be asked for further information at the time or asked to ring back. This is to ensure you are given the appropriate appointment or advice. All urgent cases are seen on the day.

  • If more than one person in the family needs to be seen, let us know as a separate appointment needs to be made for every family member that wishes to discuss their health problem. We can only deal with one person's problem in each appointment.

  • Patients have the right to express a preference to see a particular practitioner, usually for example, where they are receiving ongoing treatment. Please express your wishes at the time of making the appointment.

Emergency Calls - Out Of Hours
(Evenings, Weekends And Bank Holidays)

For emergency and urgent calls when the surgery is closed, please ring our normal surgery telephone number and a recorded message will give a list of options. Our 'out of hours' service provider is Mastercall, telephone: 0161 476 2299, who deal with any requests for treatment when the surgery is closed. Patients may be asked to attend a local 'out of hours' treatment centre unless a visit is considered appropriate.

NHS Walk-in Centre

This offers another option for (non-emergency) medical treatment. The nearest such facility is located at Trafford General Hospital, Moorside Road, Davyhulme (0161 747 4978) and is open seven days a week between 8.00am and 8.00pm.
