OTHER MEMBERS OF THE PRACTICE TEAM
Practice Manager
Mrs Christine Stacey
The practice manager is responsible for the
overall strategic management of the practice. She is available to help you with any administrative or
non-medical aspects of your healthcare and to discuss any suggestions (which are always welcome) and
comments on the running of the practice. She has specific responsibility for staffing matters, health and
safety and finance.
Secretarial Staff
Eileen and Denise
The secretaries are responsible for dealing
with referral letters and any medical reports requested by outside bodies. They are also part of the
reception team.
Reception Staff
Jackie, Janet, Maureen, June, Joan, Tara and Linda are here to help
you and are your link with the rest of the healthcare team. If you have
any enquiries our reception staff are here to help you, but please remember
they have a difficult job to do with telephone calls and queries coming
from every direction. They may ask you one or two questions in relation
to your request. They have been asked to do this, but the information
you give them will always be treated in confidence as they are bound by
the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors and nurses. Their job
is very demanding so please be patient.
